Getting Help
If you suspect a child is in immediate danger, call 911.
In New York, call the New York State Central Registry of Child Abuse and Maltreatment at 800.342.3720.
Outside of New York State, visit www.hopeshining.org for a list of resources.
If you are in New York City and need face-to-face support for suspected child abuse, please visit your local police precinct or you may visit a Safe Horizon Child Advocacy Center location.
